The quality of each component of a mining loader directly determines its work efficiency and service life. The company has its own independent machining workshop and is equipped with various new processing equipment, which can perform turning, milling, planing, grinding, drilling, etc. on the workpiece, ensuring the machining accuracy of the accessories.
The frame is an important component of a mining loader, and the quality of the frame directly affects the overall quality of the machine. To improve the quality of the rack, the company uses all 16 manganese steel, which is a low alloy structural steel with good welding performance. The steel is strictly welded according to the standard welding process after being cut by the cutting machine. After welding the frame, it should be cleaned and polished, and then subjected to 24-hour tempering treatment to eliminate internal stress. Afterwards, sandblasting treatment is carried out to remove the oxide skin on the surface, and finally, primer is sprayed to achieve a beautiful and reliable appearance of the frame.
After ensuring the quality of each component, the next step is to assemble it reasonably. The company has a group of skilled and innovative assembly workers who, in the spirit of excellence, strictly follow the assembly process and repeatedly debug each link. The company has a dedicated scraper testing site, and each assembled scraper must be tested and debugged according to the required items to ensure quality before painting.
For the selection of vehicle components, the company selects some domestic and foreign products, such as the power system of the WJ-2, which adopts the world’s advanced German Deutz air-cooled two-stage combustion low pollution engine, and is equipped with Canadian platinum dry exhaust muffler purifier. The transmission system adopts Dena’s hydraulic torque converter and power shift gearbox, as well as PARKER’s pumps and valves from the United States.
